"With an ear for production that quickly moved him from Promotions to A&R Intern at Grand Hustle, Jaggerwerks laughs about landing his first major placement while hiding in the bathroom at his day job. Since then, this young exec has racked up an impressive resume including working with 2 Chainz, Travis Porter, Jeremih, French Montana, T.I., B.O.B and a host of others." - Makin It Magazine (2014)

Bruce 'Jaggerwerks' Billingy was born and raised in the Mecca of Hip Hop Music, the Bronx. He had a strong passion for Rap music and an appreciation for old school soul at the early age of 12. During that time, his tastes ranged from: James Brown, Rick James, and Earth Wind and Fire. Whilst, on the rap end, his playlists ranged from: Jay-Z, Dogg Pound, Puff Daddy and The Family, Cash Money, OutKast, and 3-6 Mafia. These were a few of the many artists who inspired him to want to pursue music as a career.

After his 9th grade year in the Bronx, Billingy's family decided to make a life change and packed their bags to Decatur, GA. This was a pivotal point within his life, creating a new foundation for journey.

Not having many friends when arrived, Bruce would lock himself in his room where he would find new music via internet and listen to rap music for hours. He became a fan of the art, as well as identifying the business by researching credits and A&R's (Artist & Repertoire) who put rap projects together. He, then, continued his research by analyzing Soundscan to identify consumer behavior by the age of 17. Shortly after, he started his college career at American InterContinental University and worked full time working Loss Prevention at retail stores.

On his birthday, he was invited to a professional studio by one of his high school classmates, and since that very moment, he knew that music was something he wanted to seriously pursue. While at Echo Studios which was the studio for T.I.'s label, Grand Hustle, he met their Assistant A&R which directed him to work for their street team to get his foot in the door. He followed suit, and that was the start of Billingy's music career.

In a matter of 4 months, he went from packaging cds togethe, to sit-ins meetings with General Manager Hannah Kang, which positioned him to work alongside their staff producers at the studio.

He, then, met platinum producers Nard & B who shortly took him under their wing. They showed him the creative process of music, and educated him on professional business practices. They also gave Billingy the nickname of "Jagger" which, initially started as a inside joke comparing Bruce to Mick Jagger. Soon after, more people started calling him "Jagger," so he took it upon himself to brand the name "Jaggerwerks." Over the years, Jagger was able to connect and cultivate relationships with some of the most prominent music industry executives and artists to date. Making use of the world around him, his first placement "How High" featuring Slim Thug and B.O.B. was produced by his mentors Nard & B. It became the #1 'Most Added' record on radio in the country at that time. A boost of confidence came from this achievement, and Jagger, then, began to submit music to several major artists and efficiently placed music every year since. His resume now includes orchestrating producers' music with talent such as: Kid Ink, Trae Tha Truth ,Zuse, Hustle Gang, Rae Sremmurd, and Ludacris.

Throughout all of his successes, a vision finally came to him. He was often inspired by the world and it's beauty, and created a brand titled, The UN. The name derived from his fascination with the United Nations, and wanted to create a platform for producers from all spectrums of the world in the name of creativity in a winning manner.

Taking life by the horns at a fast past, sometimes life throws you signs to slow down. In the midst of success, Bruce at one time, was homeless and would sleep in studios and friends houses to pursue this dream. In January of 2016, he and his girlfriend Cymandye, who would later be his partner of the production duo, 'Us!', were expecting their first child. Unfortunately, they had miscarried in late April which devastated them both. While, this affected them heavily, work doesn't stop and Jagger had to go to Los Angeles to handle music business. During that time away from home, his girlfriend purchased at Akai MPK Mini. It was used a music therapy to ease their pain from the loss. Months later, a blessing came out of the couple learning and producing together. In 2016, Bruce Jagger had received his first placement as a producer on Atlantic Records artist, Jevon Doe debut EP, "The Story Of My Life' alongside his colleague producer 'FR23SH'. Months later, Jaggerwerks and FR23SH landed another placement with Sony and G.O.O.D. Music artist, Malik Yusef (Kanye/Beyonce) and platinum producer/engeneer, Travis Kr8ts.

It goes to show that no matter the adversity, Jaggerwerks continues moving in strides and reinventing himself professionally. He's often known as "Golden Ears." The future of his career in Hip Hop, is golden.
