How do I know if a professional wants to connect with me?
When you are making a submission on the site, there is a field in the submission form for you to place all of your contact information (Names, Numbers, Email Addresses, Websites, Social Media Sites, etc.). The information you put in this field is viewable by the professional. If there is an interest, the professional will reach out to you directly. On some occasions, the professional may place their contact information in the comments box located underneath your rating and advise you to contact them directly. PLEASE NOTE: We do not contact professionals to get more information beyond your video response.
What happens if I am not happy with the response I received?
If you are not happy with the response you received, most likely it is because the response from the professional was not what you anticipated. Please know that Blazetrak is as much a place to learn about improving as it is a place to gain opportunity. On the other hand if you suspect that a professional is not
fulfilling their obligation in the response or abusing the Blazetrak system in anyway, please let us know. Also, let us know if your video response is not technically working. If there is a technical issue after the response is completed simply click the “report technical error” button next to the respective submission listed in your profile.
I have not received my response within the guaranteed time, what are my options?
If it has been 30 calendar days and you have not received your response then you can wait for the response to be completed or have your credits returned. To request a return of credits after 30 days, log into your account and view the pending submission - click the button that says "request credit" next to the applicable transaction. Your credits will be returned to your profile immediately.
How do I know that my response will actually be done by the person I submitted to?
Each response will include a video that comes directly from the person you chose to do your response. Each professional is contracted through Blazetrak and obligated by that contract to perform each response themselves. Each response that is completed is done uniquely for the person that submitted. If you think that your response was not done by the person you submitted to - please notify us immediately.
Will my response be seen by other users or professionals on the website?
Your response will only be seen by you, the professional, and possibly an executive with Blazetrak. If you and your professional both allow the transaction to be public there is a chance you will be featured on the website.
I received my response and did not like what I heard. Can I request a return of my credits?
You cannot request a return of your credits unless you are experiencing technical issues with your response and we are not able to furnish you with a corrected video. Remember that critical feedback can sometimes be hard to hear. In some cases it may be the best thing for us. At the end of the day you are paying for exposure to the professional of your choice. If you feel like the professional was abusive – please report that abuse to us at usersupport@blazetrak.com.
I waited 30 days and then submitted for a credit return. How long does it take to receive my credits back?
It is instant.
What are the different kinds of credit cards I can use to pay for Blazetrak Credits?
We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal which uses other payment methods. However, we do not accept checks via PayPal.

Does the professional receive money for my response before he or she completes my response?
The professional’s account is not credited until they have completed your response.
Can I receive a credits retun before 30 days has passed and my response has not been received?
No. We have made an agreement with all of our professionals allowing them 30 days to provide you with a response.

If I submit for a return of credits regarding technical issues – how long will it take before I am emailed a decision?
Once you have received your response, a button will appear next to that transaction. That button will say “report technical error”. Click the “report technical error” button and briefly explain your issue to our investigative team. If it is determined that a tech issue exists you will receive a refund of your credits within 48 hours. If it is determined that your response works properly than you will be notified via email of such.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card on Blazetrak?
It is extremely safe for you to use your credit card on Blazetrak. As a business, we do not store credit card numbers or billing information on our servers. We use an authorized payment gateway to capture the transaction.
Why does Blazetrak use credits instead of money?
Throughout the first year after launch, we learned a lot about our business. We found that most of the time, users of our site would immediately submit to a different pro after receiving a refund. We wanted to build a way to refund our users immediately if they qualified. Using credits allows Blazetrak to have a much more flexible return system. Now when you click “request credit” after 30 days – your credits are automatically available to use for another submission instead of waiting for the funds to go back to your credit card or bank account.

Is the response I get really worth the money I pay for it?
This is a question only you can answer. What you are paying for is the valuable time of your professional. This is a chance to expose your talent/questions/requests/ideas to people who are very difficult to reach. Think about what people go through just to have one chance at meeting your professional. People travel, stay in hotels, bribe, and stand in lines forever – just to have one shot at communicating with an expert or
celeb. Once you hand off your materials to the expert or celeb – how do you know that they will actually check them out and pay attention for one second? With Blazetrak – we guarantee a response directly from the source. We eliminate all the run-around and get you closer to your dream.
How much of my submission will be reviewed?
The professionals on Blazetrak have to return a video response. It is in their best interest to review the entire submission. On the other hand, they are not required to review the entire submission. For instance if you submit a seven (7) minute song, the chances are slim that the entire song will be reviewed.
Like the real world, it is best to put your best foot forward and grab the attention of the reviewer with your submission.
Why do responses cost what they do?
Our professionals are some of the busiest people in the world so their time is extremely valuable. You are basically buying their time. The professionals decide what to charge for each submission type, not Blazetrak. We determine the amount of credits for each request based on the fee the pro chooses.
How come one person’s response costs more credits than another person’s response?
Each professional decides on how much their response is worth. Blazetrak then calculates the amount of credits per request based on the pros fee. They usually base their fee on a couple of factors.
• How busy they are at the time
• How much they believe their opinion is worth at the time
• How much demand there is for their opinion
What happens if I submit my material without a copyright?
You have the right to submit whatever you want, but our professionals also have the right to decline a submission and not complete a response if they feel it is inappropriate for any reason (including copyright infringement). If your submission is declined by a professional for any reason - you will automatically receive your applicable credits back. It is not necessary to file with the US copyright office in order for something to be under your copyright. Filling with the copyright office does, on the other hand, offer greater credence to your ownership if there is a legal issue.
How long will it take to receive my response?
A response usually takes anywhere from 5 to 14 business days but can take longer. Remember that these are very busy people so this process can sometimes take a couple of weeks to be completed. If your response is not completed within 30 calendar days you can request a return of your credits.
How do I know when my material has a copyright?
Copyrighting your material is extremely important because it protects your rights to the materials. It is also important to our professionals as they are always dealing with rights issues. Copyright law is pretty straight forward. Once you create something and have proof that it is your original work - then you own the copyright. Here is how the US Copyright defines Copyright - "Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device."

I am submitting a business idea, how do I know that the reviewer won’t steal it?
We cannot fully control or guarantee the protection of business ideas and/or concepts. It is in your best interest to safeguard yourself with the proper legal means available to you.
In my submission I am using some material for which I do not own a copyright, is this OK?
The decision to review material that is not under the copyright of the submitter is the decision of the professional. Please note that in this case professionals have the right to deny a submission. If your submission is denied, you will receive a full return of your credits - automatically.
What happens to my media (audio, video, image, and document) after it is reviewed?
All of your media is carefully secured on our servers. We are using streaming and viewing only technology. We do our best to make sure none of your media can be downloaded, not even by our professionals.
How do I decide on a professional?
Use the search feature on our site – search by name, or opportunity. You can also use our filtering tool on the left hand side of the search page. Most of our professionals will tell you exactly what they are looking for in order to help you make this decision.
What happens if I submit material that was not requested by the professional?
The professional will make the decision whether or not to complete a response for an unsolicited request. They have a right to deny the submission if not requested but in most cases will complete a general response. Please know in this case that your grade and categories my not correlate. On the other hand the video response will be about your submission if the response is completed.
Can my friends use my profile to make submissions to professionals as well?
Obviously this is something that we cannot control. Your account is privately owned by you. It is simple to create an account on Blazetrak so we highly suggest that anyone wishing to submit for a response should create their own account.
How come there are some professionals on Blazetrak I have never heard of?
Remember that the world is a big place and that there are many highly successful people that have created great names for themselves in their niche. Some of our professionals are well known by just about everyone, others are known best by their work; for instance - one of our Country music producers has sold over one billion in music.

Blazetrak is owned by four business partners: Corey Stanford, Nathaniel Casey, and Ronald Harrison.
What are the chances that I will get to meet the professional I submitted to?
Professionals are using Blazetrak because they want and need new talent or simply want to connect with their fans. If you meet the criteria of a particular request, there is a strong possibility that you will have the opportunity to meet them. Currently, we have had several individuals who have moved across the globe to work directly with professionals they connected with through Blazetrak.
Once I have received a response, am I allowed to use the response on other websites?
At this time we are not allowing users to embed the responses. You are allowed to quote the professional on your personal website or community site. Don't worry - we are working on a new way that will allow you to share your response with the world. Watch for it!
How do I close my account and deactivate my profile?
To close your account, simply log into your account and click the deactivate button located in the left hand navigation menu.
I found the professional that I want a response from but they are not looking for what I want to submit, what should I do?
It is in your best interest to submit to a professional that is requesting materials that you have for review. If you submit to a professional that is not requesting specifically what you want to submit - you take a chance of having that request declined by the professional. If the professional declines your submission, you will be given a full return of your credits. To submit something other than what is being requested, make sure you are submitting the same media type. So for instance if you would like to submit a video – make sure that you are submitting to a request type that requires video. Your submission will go through to be reviewed but can be declined if it is not something specifically per the request.
